Private Equity Visual Analyst

Responsibilities will include:
• Virtual Assistance
• Identifying potential acquisition targets / Deal sourcing and origination
• Operating company support
• Company and market research
• Financial modeling
Virtual Assistance
• Complete Non-Disclosure Agreements and other work as necessary
• Assist with inbox cleanup
• Other data entry tasks as needed
• Prepare initial drafts of investment documentation
Deal Sourcing
• Continuously develop database of small investment banks / business brokers / intermediaries • Initial outreach and marketing to brokers / investment bankers / intermediaries and other deal sources on behalf of Tenaz
• Schedule and have initial phone call with intermediary to learn about prospective deals while portraying Tenaz’s investment thesis
• Update CRM as needed to manage contacts and log appropriate deal flow
• Target identification and screening – providing summaries of inbound deals
Deal Assessment
• Initial evaluation of potential deals against target criteria, creating summaries
• Creation of Investment Memo and Teasers in Power Point
Operating Company Support
• Track metrics and performance as needed
• Create and assist with board level presentations and meetings
• Dial in to Board Meetings and take Meeting Notes
• Conduct research as necessary
• Ad hoc projects as they arise
