Google Spreadsheet Dashboard Chart Creation

To start: I will not use excel, this is a google sheet only project.

I am needing assistance with google sheets by taking data points from spreadsheets and creating visually appealing graphs and charts. I also will need help connecting different google sheets to communicate with one another.
