Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

Real estate investment company based out of St. Louis MO, USA.. If you love to talk and to help people, we’ve got the role for you! We’re looking for outgoing, self-motivated people to fill our Inside Sales Agent positions. This role includes prospecting for leads via telephone, gathering the leads info for our real estate investment company. Work from home for our real estate investment company. Will be responsible for taking calls and calling people that may have an interest in selling a house, gathering all information needed, and entering it into our CRM.
Primary Responsibilities Include Prospecting for New Opportunities and Following Up with Prospects to send to our Acquisitions Team for Further Qualification.
Qualifications:
-Strong Phone Skills
-Speak and Write English Effectively and with Confidence
-Willingness to Learn and Coachable
-Complete Assigned Tasks on a Daily basis
-Strong Work Ethic
-1 year Cold Calling Experience or Call Center Experience
Requirements
-Working high-speed laptop or desktop
-DSL Internet - 20 Mbps or higher (Will be asked to speed test)
-Headset with noise cancelation
-Home-office setup with a quiet location
-Effective at using Zoom
-Excellent internet and power supply without interruptions
