Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a VA who is experienced in project management to join our team to help us manage marketing projects. You will also help execute various marketing tasks as noted below.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
We use Asana to manage our projects - experience with this platform is a plus; however, we can train you if needed. Here are the skills necessary for this aspect of the job:

1. Extreme attention to detail
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Attend all of our meetings virtually
4. Take detailed notes during meetings
5. Assign and monitor tasks
6. Follow-up with tea ---------- mbers to ensure tasks are completed on time
7. Work directly with the business owner
8. Compiling reports

MARKETING TASKS:
In addition to project management, we will have various marketing tasks for you to complete that will require the following:

1. Writing social media captions
2. Designing social media images in Canva
3. Posting on various platforms like Reddit
4. Using Facebook Business Manager (Experience a plus)
5. Leaving meaningful comments on social media posts

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Can work between 8:30am-5:30pm PST
2. Strong work ethics, able to login (pre-agreed) same time every day
3. Super-fast internet connection and desktop workstation
4. Experience with Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets
