About Us
We are a small web design agency based in Ireland and we are searching for an amazing WordPress developer to become part of our team on a full-time basis (40 hours week), we don't want a freelancer we want an employee that can grow with our company. We are currently looking to expand our business and need somebody capable of producing a website effectively and efficiently.

The Specifics/Expected Outcomes
-Design websites that support, reflect, and advocate for our client's businesses
-You have the skills to create websites to different industry standards
-Meet with stakeholders to establish the desired look and feel for any website that needs to be created
-Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the website creation
-Create an initial proposed draft of the website to present to stakeholders and receive feedback/approval before launch
-Work on multiple projects at a time simultaneously, prioritizing and communicating project status regularly (on email, Zoom, Slack & Monday)
-Work with the creative director in a collaborative (virtual) setting to finish the projects in time.
-Use results-driven learning to ensure the websites you produce are effective
-Identify and initiate fixes where website assets are not adhering to client brand guidelines
-Be meticulous at maintaining and contributing to a clean content management system

Must Haves
-An expert in building WordPress websites
-An expert in building on Elementor
-An expert using Elementor template kits
-An expert using WooCommerce plugin & add on plugins like WooCommerce subscriptions and memberships
-Understand how to build marketing pages that convert
-Can integrate 3rd party platforms, apps, and widgets to optimize the website's conversions
-Can optimize the site for SEO
-Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
-Exceptional eye for detail and skilled in design
-Care and attention to detail when it comes to executing content that is on-brand
-You must believe feedback is a gift and be willing to both take and receive it to make our design team the best in our industry
