Real Estate Marketing VA

Do you enjoy being creative? We are looking for someone to create marketing material for our real estate team and handle our social media. We are a team looking to grow and looking for a marketing partner to help us do that!

We are looking for a part-time team member that demonstrates the passion to create, ability to problem solve, and is self-managed. This is a key position and excellence is a must. Commitment, reliable, tech-savvy, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), are all desired for the role. We are a team of determined agents looking to grow. Our agents have tenacity – this is the special word to remember, we have goals for growth and are working to meet them. With growth of our team will come more hours and potential for a full-time position.

Must be available either between 8:30am – 10 am EST or 5pm – 7 pm EST. Either time windows are options but at least one is a must for same day communication. Must be able to work Monday to Friday.



Requirements:

Passion to create: Comfortable in writing content, blog, and captions for social media posts. Creative in putting together marketing ---------- oto and Video Editing: Must know how to use Canva.. Sending in your portfolios is highly ---------- lf-managed and takes initiative: Be able to jump on tasks independently and do them efficiently - the goal is having to touch a task once and checked ---------- utious and attentive: Each task should be done with thought and with full attention.

Tech-savvy: Be able to manage and navigate through different social media platforms and cloud-based productivity tools with ---------- municative: Great verbal and written English.

Ability to work together with team lead while learning preferred styles for marketing materials and posts.

Real Estate knowledge is highly preferred (terminologies, etc.)


Responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Social Media Management and Content Creation: Photo editing, creating presentations, video editing, writing content for social media, blogs, captions, and descriptive writing for listings with SEO practices.

- Creating postcards, flyers, mailers, brochures, etc.
