Full-time Reservations Screening Lead for an Airbnb Property Management Company

We are looking for a Full-time Reservations Screening Lead Professional to join our Chicago-based Property Management Company.

As a Screening Lead, you will play a vital role within the company to oversee the screening process of the reservations.

Job Description:
* Performs background checks to potential guests
* Supervises the day-to-day tasks of the screening virtual assistants to deliver effective workflows.
* Communicates and reports to Operations Manager.
* Develops a process that will improve the screening process. i.e. suggestion on a better screening software.
* Submits weekly report
* Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities

Qualifications:
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills
* High level of computer literacy and able to quickly learn and master new communication and management systems
* An unrelenting focus on quality and attention to detail
* Excellent organization, time-management, problem-solving skills
* Motivated and sees opportunities to improve processes
* Prior experience in hospitality reservations or customer service and support is highly preferred
* Willing to work on graveyard shift (Schedule is based on CST)
* At least 2 years of experience in BPO industry

Must-Have Technical Requirements:
* Internet Speed of at least 25mpbs
* OS Windows 10, RAM at least 8GB and up
* With backup devices and internet services
* Headset with noise-canceling features
* Room with an office set-up

There's a 2-week to 1 month trial period. Salary starts from $5 USD an hour. After 3 months, you will be eligible for a salary increase.
