Operations Manager Baguio: 1 Position Available

Linkage Web Development is the largest web development company in Baguio City servicing local and foreign clients. Linkage Web Development is looking for an operations manager to assist in managing our team. We employ web development personnel, marketers and sales representatives.

What is the role:

Will be responsible for the operational support and people management.

What you will do:

Ensure that our night time sales team is hitting there quotas
Ensuring that our appointment setters are hitting there quotas
Ensure that our project management team is hitting there quotes

What is needed:

1. Must have good English Skills
2. Must speak fluent tagalog
3. Must be trustworthy
4. Between the ages of 25-40
5. Must have a great personality
6. Must have prior experience managing a team, we will ask you for references.
7. Must understand how to use Excel, Google Docs and Formulae
8. Must be a people person to effectively manage a crew of 15+ individuals

We are looking for a single candidate for this position. You will receive a great basic salary with bonuses based on team performance.
