Engagement Specialist/Manager ($1000/month salary + Commission guaranteed)

I am looking for a hardworking, team oriented Buyer Success Specialist (Customer Support) who has a passion for helping people and is a superb communicator.

The starting pay is $1000 USD per month plus commission for every client you successfully usher through the sales pipeline.

The Buyer Success Specialist will be responsible for moving hundreds of hot leads through a sales pipeline via phone meetings and text messages per week.

The Buyer Success Specialist will need to be good at following basic scripts with a thorough understanding of how a real estate transaction takes place in Texas.

The Buyer Success Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that the leads have submitted all requested paperwork pertinent to acquiring their full approval to buy a home.

The Specialist must speak and text fluent English.

Specialist must know how to locate properties throughout Texas on Google Maps.

Specialist must have a basic understanding of how to operate a CRM.

Specialist must be loyal and prompt with responding to communication from the team.

When the Buyer Success Specialist demonstrates consistency in assisting customers and the ability to teach their position well, they will open themselves up to a manager position.

Work Hours are from 11am to 8pm CST
(1am to 10am Philippine time)
