Sales Outreach Speclist

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to help us lead the outreach department of our creative video ad agency. The primary responsibilities of this contractor will be to research, identify, and reach out to relevant leads and send a variety of templated emails and messages about what our company can offer them. Several elements such as the company name, contact name, and a small portion about that lead will need to be customized and written by you! You will tell them about our services, and as well as provide them with a calendy link that they can use to schedule a call with us

We are looking for someone capable, a self-starter, and great with communication who can reach out to 50-100 leads/day.

Fluent English is a requirement as we need someone who can write sections of the email with proper spelling, grammar as well as the ability to have a bi-weekly call with us to chat about how things are going and strategy.

We would require a video interview to assess personality, English, and knowledge, as well as a sample email to assess writing skills before selecting an applicant.

Ideally, we are also looking for someone who we can hire long-term to manage an email marketing system and handle all automation (raise would be given at that time)

Goals for success: 5 calls secured/week
