Following instructions to execute the pieces of a digital strategy. This may include posting to social media, creating social media images in Canva, copying and pasting pre-written text into an
Looking at the processes you are given and speaking up when you see an area in which we can improve our process
Creating written standard operating procedures where they don’t already exist
Using Tailwind to optimize our social media efforts
Using Klaviyo for our client’s
Looking at campaign data to analyze and determine how we can become more effective
Attending weekly tea
Attending weekly one-on-one meetings with supervisor (mandatory)
Requirements:
Fully Remote with dependable internet service
Willingness to work 8 AM EST - 5 PM EST
English Fluency: You will need to provide 1-on-1 video walkthroughs and account insight, so it is critical that your English skills are fluent.
Be a Collaborator: Sharing with the team on best practices and methodology will be crucial because we are a team-based company
Organized and Knows How to Prioritize: Organization and priority setting will be expected. You will need to show that you can handle projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
