Real Estate Cold Caller

Position Summary:
As a Prequalifying Cold Caller, you are the face our Real Estate Team! You will be responsible for speaking directly to homeowners who might want to sell their homes or land. We are looking for candidates who possess the energy and attitude that is key to growing our cold calling line of business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cold calling perspective homeowners (sellers) from a list supplied by us
Maintaining notes after each interaction with sellers and buyers and communicating that information with ---------- sired Skills:
Attention to detail
Relationship building skills
Strong communication skills (strong ability to communicate in English – this job involves calling to homes located in Toronto, Canada)
