Job Duties:

The Offshore Recruitment Specialist will be tasked to source qualified candidates catering to the US market in a high-volume, online-based, centralized recruiting environment.
Provides information by answering communications, referring special communications to the appropriate person. ? ? ?
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Obtains and orients temporary help by forwarding requirements and criteria to temporary services, providing information and directions. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, resumés, and applicant logs. ?
Verifies candidate's background by contacting references. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Enroll new employees by issuing forms and applications, verifying completion.?
Helps employees by explaining benefit programs. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
