Special Qualifications / Skills / Experience Needed:

Budgeting and expense reporting
Outstanding leadership qualities
Knowledge of technical applications
Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Operations Manager in a BPO company (Preferably Medical Account)
Educational Background:
Any of the following:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
Bachelor of Science in Economics
Bachelor of Science in Finance
Preferably with Data Science and Six Sigma Certification
Computer Specs Requirement (work from home set up):
Intel Core i5 or i7 or equivalent
Stable fiber internet connection with back-up (At least 50 Mbps)
Noise cancellation headset
Back-up power source if there's a frequent power outage
Available to work from 9 pm - 6 am PHT
