With the pandemic-triggered shift to online workshops and coaching, we have developed a VueJS application ---------- ---------- to also help our customers in the digital space. Our CTO Chris has developed a fully functional MVP that is already used by paying customers. In 2022 we want to rapidly scale up our Software-as-a-Service offer and develop the web app further with YOU!

What you will do:
1. Co-develop web application ---------- together with our lead-developer Chris, our UX Designer Denise and 1-2 other developers joining in the course of ---------- dependently implement features as defined by tech lead & product owner
co-develop and in the long run potentially lead future team members
engage in an interactive review process to ensure a high-quality standards
2. Take a user perspective and empathise with our user group (coaches and psychologists who facilitate workshops online and use icebreaker.online in video calls)

What skills and experience we are looking for:
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and core concepts of web applications
- Experience using git and its best practices
- Experience using VueJS, TailwindCSS (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend)
- Ideally experience using Typescript
- Ideally experience integrating Stripe as a payment infrastructure
- Experience in using our collaboration tools, in particular: Asana for project & task management; Slack for communication
- Good English communication skills
- Understands and shares the values and mission of metaFox (the “parent company” ---------- )

- Reliable compensation directly to your account. There is a 1 month probation period where we will use time tracking and pay by the hour (PHP 225 per hour). Afterwards you have the option to join us with a regular monthly salary (PHP 30,000 - 60,000, depending on experience, skill and involvement, including paid holidays, 13th salary, …) without time tracking.
- We support personal and organizational development and provide training on relevant self-development topics (e.g. mindfulness, communication, emotional intelligence, etc.,)
- We are looking for someone we can work with full-time after the probation period.
