Quality WPF/Silverlight Graphic Designer to Join My Team

we are a growing software development company that focuses on working with the latest Microsoft technologies and provides high quality business solutions.

we have a fantastic job opportunity available for a creative WPF/Silverlight UI Designer.

your role as the designer on the team is to develop the design aspect of the application and utilize your creative experience to deliver a user friendly line of business application.

your challenge is to produce a simple to use interface yet elegant and intuitive for business users to carry their daily tasks.

we are looking for a designer that could become a 'superstar' on our team.

the successful candidate must have the following skills:

1. you must have 2+ years experience in designing WPF/Silverlight applications
2. have a portfolio to show case your previous design work
3. must have Expression Blend and have solid experience using the product
4. self managed and independent.
5. must have an excellent oral and written English
6. be available for meeting using skype and team viewer
7. must have their own VS 2010 and Expression Blend 4
8. must have high speed Internet connection
9. must have Paypal account to accept payments
10. available to work full-time (40 hours per week)

other nice to have skills but not essential:
1. understanding of MVVM pattern
2. worked with 3rd party controls like Telerik
3. understand WCF, MEF and EF4

most of all, you must be a creative UI designer.

this is potentially an ongoing long term full time role for the right applicant.
