Business Development
• Identify and develop new markets.
• Identify and engage new agents.
• Meet quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement international marketing programmes.
• Utilise new and existing networks to promote the RTO.
• Cold calling business leads, potential clients and managing new business enquiries.
Management
• Conduct agent reviews once a year.
• Create and develop new innovative strategies to communicate Institute's message to agents.
• Evaluate and report return on investment to your manager with respect to marketing activities.
• Maintain a weekly and monthly student enrolments reports.
• Assist in developing sales
• Proven ability in a Sales and Business Development role in VET sector, ideally selling training solutions across a variety of industries .
• Customer focused.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal in English and Mandarin for one position.
• Superior negotiation skills.
• Demonstrable professional and business acumen.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
