Permanent Position - Guaranteed Hours - VA Required

I'm looking to hire a personal assistant to work guaranteed and consistent hours on a permanent basis. I am looking for someone to work a 4 hour+ block each day Monday to Friday roughly 11am to 3pm GMT (UK Timezone). Guaranteed hours means that you can bill me for the time we have agreed upon every week, even if I do not have any work for you (although I will likely always have work for you). The exact time block during GMT hours, and the length of the guaranteed time block is negotiable.

There will very likely be the opportunity to further increase the hours to full-time or near full-time in the very near future if desired. I'm looking for someone I can work with permanently.

I run a successful online marketing business. You will learn a great deal about entrepreneurship, running a business, online marketing, search engine optimisation, sales and more.

Duties will include:
- Regular liaison with myself over Skype and email
- Learning and using tools related to online marketing.
- Researching and generating leads for the business
- Sending emails on my behalf
- Data entry type tasks
- Hiring and managing other outsourcers
- Internet research
- Other duties

I provide specific written instructions for all tasks.

If you do not have excellent written and spoken English, and are not comfortable making phone calls with me (over Skype or similar) then you should not apply for this position. I will provide Skype credit.

Technical experience with websites and different forms of online software is also desirable - if you have any of this, please mention it in your cover letter.
