My Real Estate team is looking for a full-time video editor with graphic design background for a growing YouTube channel. Only applicants with experience using the following products will be taken seriously:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop

Please do not respond to this ad if you don't fit the following criteria:

You are the first hire in our video production arm of the company. Expect to work with a partner in the next 6-12 months.

Some of your responsibilities include:

- Editing videos
- Adding b-roll
- Adding music
- Adding transitions
- Map animation
- Graphics
- Callouts
- Text Animation

The goal is to produce two 10-minute videos and one 15-25 minute video every week. Once we assess how many videos you can edit on your own, we will add additional help to reach this production goal.

Please do not respond if one of the following pertains to you:

- Not available for 40 hours a week
- Do not have reliable internet
- Need constant oversight

This is not a gig or part-time work
