JOB OVERVIEW

We are a skin care company, located in California. I am looking for an assistant who can help me to bring my company to the next level.
Asking for a person who can:

Write and Schedule bi-weekly emails and build our email sequences inside our email service provider, [ mailChimp ]

Optimize content for our 2 websites [Wix}
Optimize content for our Online Store (Wix)

Reports management - updating expense and profit reports [MS Excell]

Photo editing (Before& After pictures ready for IG)

CRM- Following up with clients/customers (sending Birthday and other reminder emails)

File management

Strong communication skills with others as you will be working with other tea ---------- mbers who will assign tasks inside our task management system, [ Asana, Slack]

Organized with close attention to detail to ensure correct information is communicated and in a timely manner (must be able to meet reasonably set deadlines and keep internal processes moving)
