A web developer (coder) who knows HTML, CSS, PHP and WordPress development (theme/plugin coding)

I am looking for a web developer (coder) who knows how to code using the following:
- HTML
- CSS
- Javascript / JQuery
- PHP
- MySQL
- WordPress coder who knows how to develop themes/plugins using WordPress development documentation

Added skills that would be good to have but not required when applying.
- Version control using Git / Bitbucket
- Bootstrap
- Graphic designer
- UX/UI skills
- SEO

I am also looking for the following qualities in a person who will be working with me:
- a fast coder
- gets fast results
- communicates well
- responsive and friendly (via email, Skype etc.) and doesn't disappear for hours/days.
- Available during the hours they say they will be available
- follows instructions well

Also confirm the following:
- That you will only work with me during the specified hours.
- That you currently do not have a job and are available
- Your availability - how many hours can you work per day and how many days a week
- When you can start working
- Your computer

It is crucial to be flexible, if required. For example, if working on a deadline to be available to work either overtime, weekend or through lunch. You will be compensated of course.
