WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Service as our Guest Experience Specialist & assist the Ops Manager
- Be at the forefront of the company working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as the go-to person for our guests and, occasionally, our owners
- Quickly respond to guest inquiries
- Screen potential guests prior to booking
- Help troubleshoot any issues, answer questions, and make sure the guest has an easy, fun, and unforgettable stay!
- Be responsible for taking incoming phone calls, making outbound calls as needed, and responding to
- During downtime, you will be responsible for updating guest response templates & internal documents, helping maintain our listings (Expedia, HomeAway & Airbnb), & Updating our Guest Books and other admin tasks as needed
HOURS/DAYS:
We are looking to hire someone who can work New York (EST) Time, Full Time for 1 Month with a possibility of going Regular Remote Worker.
Example Schedule (Not Final)
Monday to Friday - 7AM EST to 3PM EST for 1 month.
SALARY:
- We offer $4 to $5 per hour depending on experience
