JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing coaching and marketing agency that works with Gyms across the US and Canada, and are looking for your help to get us in front of gym owners to sell them our services.

BASIC JOB OVERVIEW: Reach out to Gym Owners in the US and Canada about their current marketing needs on Facebook, have a conversation with them over messenger with the goal of booking appointments with them. You will not need to use your own personal Facebook profile unless you would like to.

TRAINING: We teach you where to find leads on Facebook, how to start a conversation, and then move the conversation to where an appointment can be scheduled with the gym owner. (PS If you already have prior experience doing this type of job this is something we are looking for but it is not required.)

PAY: All of our VA's are paid a salary. But in this case you will be paid a salary + bonus for each appointment you set that results in a sale. Example of conservative projection of how much you will be paid.

Average Appointments Set Per Month = 30
Sales Made from Appointments = 10
Commission from Sold Appointments = $1000
+ Salary = $400/month (Salary may be higher based on past experience)
_________________________________________________
ON TARGET MONTHLY EARNINGS: $1400

***Plus we also pay $50 -$250 per quarterly Bonuses based on company growth***

MUST HAVE CHARACTER TRAITS:
– Attention to detail. Attention to detail. (Yes I wrote that 2x's...it's that important for us)
– Self learner
– Highly creative personality type

MUST HAVE SKILLSET:
- Written English is near perfect for the messaging copy you will be sending people

NICE TO HAVE...BUT NOT REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Past experience setting appointments with direct messaging or another approach you are confident implementing
- Experience growing Facebook Groups
- Experience growing Social Media Pages
- Experience doing Cold Email

CULTURE: We pride ourselves in ensuring the VA's who work with us love coming to work each day. We even make sure you will get a chance to speak with our current VA staff in the Philippines so you can hear from them what it is like working with us before you make a decision.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Overtime your role may evolve based on what you learn from the role and what is the most effective way to generate appointments for the sales team here in the US. Some ways your role may evolve will be incorporating emailing our list, sending SMS bulk messages to our list in the CRM, setting up a Facebook Group and messaging people to join, so you can then try to deliver value that leads to an appointment. Starting out these are things you don't have to worry about, but may be things that come into play overtime.

MORE ABOUT US & OUR VALUES:
IronKlad Group started in late 2020, we oversee Marketing, Advertising, Sales, and business operations for many small gyms like the gym we own (CrossFit East Coast).

We have a fast growth culture. We value meaningful work and meaningful relationships. We value truth and transparency. We also like to have fun.

After growing the business 500% in 2021, and having a learned a lot over the years growing teams in other companies, we cannot wait to take those lessons and apply them to this new business. One of the biggest lessons we learned that relates to this position, is how important it is to have employees who that love what they do, and truly feel like they are an integral part of the team. To recreate the positive cultures from our past experiences, at IronKlad Group we have implemented numerous benefits that you can read about in this job posting.

Something else I wanted to mention is that I have had too many interviews with Filipinos who shared horror stories about how other companies have treated them, and hope that this part of the job description puts you at ease. Personally I think that treating people poorly no matter who they are is not only ethically wrong, but is also foolish. I have always treated my employees with the utmost levels of understanding, and respect. And in turn (in most cases), they treat me the same and also do amazing work. This leads to us both enjoying our day to day lives, loving the fact that we are growing something that changes the lives of our customers, and in turn positively reward us as well.

If you end up working for us, you will quickly realize just how serious I am about all of this. Because at the end of the day its the people like yourself that make a company successful, and is exactly why when you choose who you want to work for, I think you should strongly consider us or others with similar values.

I can’t wait to meet you!

- Blake
