We are a startup company focused on delivering virtual care to patients in the United States. We are looking for a superstar full-time technical program manager / virtual assistant to better help us get organized. That involves tasks to support our technical team:
1) help organize our google drive
2) take notes during *extremely technical* meetings, and at times run technical meetings directly
3) help organize our various gitlabs / repos / spreadsheets / bug trackers / documents
4) Be responsible for maintaining some of our technical infrastructure (MDM / GSuites / Databases, etc)
4) Serve as a point of contact for technical infrastructure in the company
5) Clean up occasional slide decks
The role requires the person to be
1) extremely conversant in English (written + spoken)
2) be available during US pacific hours (9AM to 6PM)
3) be extremely tech savvy and knows how to use google suite, slack
4) Have experience and expertise in server administration and computer programming
5) minimum download internet speed of 20 mbps and upload internet speed of 10mbps
6) We would love to person to have some familiarity with the US healthcare system.
Since this is a full-time role at a startup, this role might require work during weekends and beyond normal business hours depending on business needs without additional compensation. But we of course will try to avoid it if possible. Our team is composed of a great group of US based doctors / technologists / clinicians, and are looking forward to hiring someone long term and growing their careers with us here.
