Recruitment Account Managers

UK based major recruitment brand looking for a number of RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT MANAGERS to be based in remote.

SALARY:
• Starting 1000USD+ per month basic (paid directly to your bank account) + Commissions + Bonus

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Ideally an experienced sales orientated Recruitment Consultant with great relationship building skills and the drive to develop new businesses.

IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
• 5+ years of experience working for UK/ European/ US company as a recruitment consultant

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Introducing new clients to the business
• Sourcing leads and building a strong sales pipeline
• Confidently negotiating and closing sales
• Maximising sales opportunities within new and existing accounts
• Managing existing client accounts
• Matching requirements of our clients to their desired candidate, to make effective placements
• Carrying out compliance checks
• Advertising our vacancies on various job boards
• Providing high-standard customer service to our clients
