YouTube Thumbnail Designer

Hi,

I run multiple YouTube channels and I’m looking for an experienced thumbnail designer.

What we're looking for:

1) This individual needs to be CREATIVE. The stance I am looking for is someone to put in their shoes and basically depict an image answering the question: "What would I PERSONALLY click on if I saw this thumbnail?"

2) This individual needs to be able to bounce ideas off of me or have their own innovative/ creative mindset to create better thumbnails that are already existing.

These thumbnails shouldn't take long to create as they just require a creative mindset.

IDEALLY What I'm looking for is: I gave you a title, you deliver a CLICKBAIT thumbnail.
