Virtual Assistant Cold Calling Specialist

Hourly Rate: $5 /hour
Hours per week: 40
Work Days: Monday through Saturday
Timeframe: 2p.m. to 8p.m. EST

We’re hiring a VA to cold call people interested in selling their homes for our real estate business to buy. Our real estate company specializes in buying properties using creative financing methods in North Carolina.

We will provide you weekly trainings on cold-calling and improving your skillset.

Currently we own $4,000,000+ in real estate and are looking to double in 2022.

Requirements:
Must be a fluent English speaker and able to communicate clearly with home sellers
Must be willing to attend trainings & seminars on how to improve your cold calling skills
Must have good internet connection for making calls
Must be willing to record all calls, accept constructive feedback and improve skills
