Skills & Experience:
Experience using outbound automation tools, list building, mass
Ability to analyze what approaches using data and take steps to improve our tools, messaging, processes, etc.
Experience working towards KPI’s and a data-driven results approach
2-3 years of Outbound Sales & Marketing experience and love to hunt prospects using the latest technology
Native or very fluent English - professional writing skills (to help produce sales copy)
Thrive in a fast-changing environment, follow best practice procedures and meet quotas and deadlines
A passion for getting better everyday and continuous improvement, taking ownership to your work and working as a high performing team.
Bonus skills/experience:
Bonus points of leading or creating an outbound team, tools and procedures with proven results.
