What we do?

We provide adventure activities across land, sea and sky. We offer activity packages to families, adults and youth groups which include rock climbing, water sports, laser combat, zip lining, team building and much more. Packages can include activities, catering and accommodation, provided in our well-equipped modern facilities in the heart of Carlingford. Our accommodation options range from hostel style private bunk rooms, to self catering and self contained group units all on the main street of Carlingford.



What will you do?

The Sales Specialist position will be primarily remote focusing on enhancing and giving off strategic ideas that will target the customer needs and relevant in promoting Carlingford Adventure.

Work in close to the Sales Manager as well as other sales partners to formulate and take over the support in creating strategic sales ideas

To track all of the sales activities that is happening within the company to check the quality of the sales (e.g. profit and loss)

Work with Technology, Marketing, Channel Partners and Finance groups to further improve institutional level agreements

Handle multiple account-specific projects and customer-facing activities

To have a high level of proficiency in using different sales tools.

To work on creating projects to aim for a high growth in sales monthly and for each season such as seasonal offers and good deals for customers.

Support and help in driving the sales into a fair and high growth

Active engagement with the sales team in resolving present and future business issues from both internal and customer-facing issues.

A Success driven personality in bringing ideas to weekly tea ---------- etings

Requirements:

2 to 3+ yrs of sales B2B or B2C experience

1+ yrs experience in Cold Calling

1+ years experience in email blasting

6 months experience in managing accounts and contracts

Strong Writing and Communication Skills

Experience in handling companies that caters outdoor activities

Proactive and an Outdoor enthusiast

Must have a knowledge about Ireland Market
