JOB OVERVIEW

An exciting remote role for an experienced, imaginative B2B marketing manager at WBD Group, a high growth Structural Engineering consultancy in London, UK, and at Remoote, our VA Services subsidiary company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing campaign strategy, roadmap, and execution for both companies. You will be responsible for bringing awareness of both companies to the market, positioning them well and making sure they’re targeted to the right audiences.

Responsibilities:
• Working with the company directors and operations manager to set the marketing strategy for the business.
• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
• Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the company directors and operations manager.
• Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
• Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
• Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
• Looking after the PR functions.
• Later on in the role, you will be responsible for hiring and managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that can also include PR and creative staff.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years marketing experience, including previous experience of campaign management and lead generation in the professional services sector.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales, ideally in a start-up/scale-up organization.
• Must have knowledge of marketing software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Asana, Trello) and experience working across all Social Media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
• You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
• You are disciplined, organized, and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• You can work full-time (40 hours per week) with at least a 5-hour overlap on UK business hours.
• Experience in the Construction Industry a plus.
