I am Looking for a full time Administrative Assistant. You will be performing a variety of tasks, almost all of which i will train you about.
Must be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office tools
Canva, Adobe PDF, photos hope
Excellent in written and speaking good English
Ability to hold conversation for a long time
Smart, outgoing and curious
Must be creative, innovative and pay attention to details
You will be fulfilling this roles:
Social media management
Managing schedule and calendar
Making calls and sending
Preparing reports
Generating leads to build clients
Onboarding clients and employees
Employee Assistance
Administrative assistant
Digital Marketing and Blogging
Basic Video Editing Skills
Data Entry
Manage complaints
Generic official errands
Pay: this will depend on your level of skill and adaptability to training.
