Job Overview
The Product Listing Manager oversees and optimizes Eezee’s B2B e-Commerce product listings and leads related initiatives in product categories, inventory, and business data, to enable the company’s scalable growth.
Job Interactions & Interface:
This role is in the Supply Chain team and interacts with the following internal staff: Business Development, Product, Tech, Seller Team, Customer Success, Logistics & Fulfilment
This role reports to: CCO
Key Responsibilities
Play a leading role in product listing function, ensuring completeness and up-to-date accuracy of product listings in Eezee’s online website and internal databases
Ownership and enforcement of Eezee’s product listing information requirements and standards
Provide accurate and insightful reporting of product listing-related metrics and business performance to Eezee management
Drive initiatives to improve Eezee's information systems in product listings, product sales data, product inventory, and product categories
Coach product listing team members to conduct research and due diligence on products and Eezee’s sellers to ensure that:
Buyers have sufficient information for buying decision
Mandatory product information is listed per law
Ensure compliance to ISO 27001 requirements where required
Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes involving Eezee’s product listings

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
At least four (4) years customer service or order processing experience
Customer service experience from ecommerce and supply chain or logistics industries is an advantage
Good verbal communication and customer orientation skills
Great customer service skills and etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheet
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to challenging situations
Maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Keen attention to details
