SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

Job Overview

The Supply Chain Manager/ Director reports to the GM and is responsible for driving world-class procurement practices in Eezee, excellence in managing seller relationships, sourcing, order operations, and product data systems.
Job Interactions & Interface:

This role interacts with internal staff: Management, Business Development, Operations, Supplier Onboarding, Customer Service, Client Success
Externally this role interacts with: Sales Director / Sales Manager / Business owners

This role reports to: GM

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the vision and strategy for seller management, operations and product data
Use Eezee's tech to work closely with product data, seller and BD teams to create effective product data databases
Work with seller and buyer teams on client demands on Eezee's inventory management processes and deliverables through product databases and analytics
Work with seller and buyer teams to determine seller definition and seller pricing strategy using a data-centric approach
Experience and expertise in procurement

Establish Eezee’s understanding of Procurement
Institutionalise knowledge of procurement
Contributing to Eezee product development
Serve as a bridge between Buyers, Sellers, and Eezee functional leaders to navigate complexities around procurement processes, Procuretech best practices and more
Maintain and share business data dashboard to internal teams for strategic optimisation
Define KPIs
Define data collection points
Hold functional leads accountable in data collection/ reporting
Create and maintain a mechanism to share information and data across the teams in a seamless manner
