Senior Information Technology System Administrator

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT officer, or related role.
• With a working and administrative knowledge of MS 365, WordPress, digital marketing, graphic design, SQL database and remote desktop support
• CRM configuration (aXcelerate)
• Project management skill
• Advanced PHP programming skills and know-how to amend APIs with external applications
• Website maintenance, debugging, and network skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Decision Making, Problem Solving, and Critical Thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals
• Customer-oriented
• Above average proficiency in English both verbal and written communication


Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the website and internal systems are online 99% of the time.
• Respond to urgent tickets within an hour, and to all ticket requests within agreed timeframes.
• Achieve a 99?curacy rate with systems.
• MS 365 Administration
• Design automation through existing systems to make current workflows more efficient.
• Ensure all data and computers are centrally controlled and secure
• Ensure issuance of accounts are secure and timely. E.g. onboarding of staffs, loan computers
• Ensure all processes including lending computers are well documented.
• Manage servers
• Provide helpdesk and technical support to the team through remote access
• Manage the day-to-day provision of IT services including the maintenance of technology infrastructures
• Perform data backups to ensure all company-owned work is saved
• Assist with the design, implementation, and support of new software and features; and projects
• Fully understand the end-users experience and explain to key stakeholders
• You may be expected to work shifts or be on call and it may be necessary to work extra hours to finish a task.

• 5+ years of experience in an IT role
• Hands-on experience with complex project management

• Knowledgeable in aXcelerate system is a plus
