Outbounder/Appointment Setter Needed for Real Estate Firm

We are full time real estate investment firm with a team of dedicated researchers with the sole purpose of providing YOU with the hottest real estate leads and phone numbers in the industry.

Access Capital Investments, LLC is seeking 3 dedicated Outbounders to set appointments for our purchase manager on a daily basis.

Qualifications Include:

• Excellent/Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
• Customer Service Experience
• Loves meeting and talking with new people
• High Speed Internet and Noise Canceling Headset
• Able to work between the hours 8am-9pm EST with NO distractions (PT or FT must be those hours)
• Positive, Energetic, and Enthusiastic
• Able to think outside the box
• Empathetic towards others, always does the right thing weather it benefits you or not
• A team player and works towards company objectives.
• Self-Motivated and LOVES learning new things
• Experience Cold Calling

Duties & Responsibilities:

The first and foremost responsibility of the Outbounders is to log in to the auto-dialer and open up the CRM upon starting your shift.

• Turn on the auto-dialer with pre-populated leads and start calling
• Upload ANY contact made into the PODIO CRM
• Label the status of that contact weather motivated or not motivated
• Our CRM will dictate follow-ups for you, follow the system daily and it will tell you what to do
• Do voicemail drops
• Follow-up on clients that may be interested every 15-30 days
• Follow-up on clients who may have interest after time has passed
• Do your best to collect as much ACCURATE information as possible to the purchase manager
• Attend Weekly Sales Meetings & Report your KPI's
