Rock Start Project Manager wanted for a localization company

We are a CA-based translation/localization company that's seeking a part-time localization project manager (potentially transitioning into full time)

Primary Responsibilities
• Managing multiple localization projects from client order to delivery completion
• Building strong working relationships with clients and focusing on delivering the highest quality assets on time
• Managing complex projects from beginning to end in a timely manner
• Developing project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources, and quality control
• Managing, monitoring, and updating all timelines and setting realistic expectations for day to day deliveries
• Performing order entries based on client requests and ensuring final deliveries are within the expected timeframe
• Providing strategic solutions to any issues that may arise with clients


Requirements:

• This role is currently remote
• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in localization. If not, experience in IT PM will help
• Can work in different time zones and currently don't have other time-consuming engagements. This is a part-time position but minimum 20 hours/week workload is expected
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical individuals
• Proficient in Trello, Jira, Google Suite, Asana, Slack, etc.
• Experience in Airtable is preferred but not required
• Knowledge in translation tools such as MemoQ, Trados, SmartCAT, and Crowdin is preferred
