Telephone Customer Service Agent (Very Good English Required!)

I am looking for a telephone customer service agent and social media assistant for my income tax company. Your job duties would be as follows:
* Take incoming calls using Google Voice
* Make outgoing calls to get current Clients and new Clients to book Tax or Bookkeeping appointments
* Make lead follow up calls
* Call clients to interview them about the service they received
* Encourage clients to give us great Google reviews and video testimonials and send them the links to do so
* Take messages
*Respond to emails
*Help with Social Media content creation
You must have experience in Instagram posting rules, lead generation,
hashtags, targeting by location, targeting by occupation, alt text, etc.
* You must know how to gain leads through social media platforms, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
* You must be an EXPERT in designing graphics that are eye catching.
* You must be FLUENT IN WRITTEN ENGLISH LANGUAGE and be able to engage with the followers.
* Must be available during U.S. business hours
