App Development

I am looking to have a simple App developed for ios and android.

The App will have a person enter what there goal is.. and everytime they go to use their phone, their user defined goal is shown to them on their phone's screen for 3-5 seconds or until tapped.

I am open to suggestions on making it cooler.

It would also be cool if you could pull it off to enable social sharing that is tied to an infusionsoft affiliate ID, creating an affiliate network.

Any interest? if so, any idea how long it would take to do?
