Virtual Assistant / Customer Implementation

Penji is a software as a service technology company that serves US-based colleges and universities. Our platform helps our customers with scheduling and data collection for student support programs (eg. tutoring, advising). We are looking for an organized and efficient tea ---------- mber with top-tier English communication skills who can grow into a full-time contributor over time.

Required attributes:
- 10/10 written English communication: over time, you will begin interfacing directly with US-based IT and administration teams at our customers
- 10/10 organization and precision: you will be responsible for managing the implementation and setup tasks and communications for new customers.
- Excellent computer skills and efficiency: you'll be rapidly switching between ClickUp, Email, Google Sheets, Zendesk, and other ---------- ndidate should be adept at using keyboard shortcuts in a variety of platforms; if you don't already do this in your own life, you probably won't meet our efficiency threshold.

Job description:
- 500 PHP per hour
- 20 hrs per week to start, potential to grow to full time mid-2022
- Duties focused on customer implementation work and other admin tasks that company executives may send your way
- Fully remote
- Requires at least 50% of hours during the 8am-2pm PST window (US pacific time)
