Acquisition Specialist

* Warm and cold call property owners to purchase multi-family properties.
* Strategic follow-up and nurturing of leads. Maintain our company-client relationships to a high standard.
Roles & Responsibilities (but not limited to):
> Add and update leads and contacts in the CRM
> Attend to outbound and inbound calls
> Send and reply to text messages and emails in a timely manner
> Gather information and do fact-finding about the property (script provided)
> Create rapport with callers and gauge motivation to sell
> Set up qualified appointments per week
> Hit weekly goal, KPI, and performance review
> Strategic follow up and nurturing of leads
> Skip tracing / lead generation
Requirements and Qualifications:
> A successful track record of cold calling is required. A professional caller.
> Experience using CRM and other skip tracing platforms
> Excellent phone, email, and SMS handling
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
> Stable and strong Internet connection is required
> Highly intuitive. Goal-oriented, creative, motivated, determined, and committed
> Able to recognize and respond appropriately to people's emotions through their speech.
> A type of person you can count on to keep a cool head in a stressful situation
> Ability to always stay positive when faced with rejections. Able to handle objections effectively
