Job Responsibilities
You will be supporting our Head of Amazon and Amazon Manager to maintain and grow our Amazon account, which includes administrative tasks, data and reporting, customer support, and problem solving.

Must-Haves
To apply for this position, you should have
A good track record working as a VA or in the BPO industry
Experience managing people (preferred but not required)
Experience with Google sheets (preferred but not required)
Experience working with Amazon Seller Central (preferred but not required)

Nice-To-Haves
Fluency in English
Extreme attention to detail
Able to self manage to complete tasks and achieve KPIs
Able to troubleshoot and problem solve with little to no guidance
Able to create and follow SOPs (standard operating procedures)
High speed and stable home internet and back-up internet solutions
Optional: Experience in Amazon Seller Central, Google sheets and beauty industry
