We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience in the Short Term Rental Industries, who will be responsible for administrative support while working remotely. You will handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Most beneficial times to be available are between 10AM-9PM EST. 20-30 hours per week to start.

Virtual Assistant responsibilities are:
• Organize communication via
• Consistent follow up with clients and real estate agents
• Provide customer service as first point of contact
• Organize cleaning and maintenance of property (currently only 2)
• Helping to create and write
• Manage contact lists
• Arranging gift mailing to clients
• Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records
• Conduct market research and report on the results
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations
• Schedule and create Social Media Posts
Virtual Assistant requirements are:
• 2+ years' experience of working on a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position.
• Short Term Rental/Airbnb management experience a must.
• Knowledge or experience in Mortgage Industry is a plus.
• Experience with Surefire and BombBomb are a plus.
• Significant experience with current technologies.
• Good practical experience with excel, MS Office.
• Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling, particularly Google and Outlook Calendar
• Strong phone,
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrator or Executive Assistant will be a bonus.
