Marketing Assistant

This is a role is in marketing specifically in the Financial Services and Insurance industry. This position will be responsible for assisting the marketing department with various projects. The ideal candidate should be very organized, be able to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and can prioritize tasks as they come in. You will learn about:
• Support the marketing team and help organize
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral
• Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts
• Provide support to social media efforts
• Monitor social channels and respond to feedback, questions, and concerns
• Provide administrative support to management when required
• Assist in planning and hosting marketing events
• Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
• Prepare presentations
