We need an experienced link builder to manually build high quality links to my network of websites/videos. I will provide you with the URLs and keywords you need to focus on.

Your goal will be to develop and execute a plan to rank these URLs as high as possible on Google (US) and other search engines.

We only work with white-hat SEO techniques. No-spam linking or auto blasting will be accepted.

You should be able to use traditional link building techniques such as:
- blog commenting (quality comments on blogs with good PR)
- forum posting (in-content and signature - only topic related forums)
- edu backlinking
- Profile Creation (Angela-type)
- Article Submission (ezinearticles and other quality article directories)
- press releases (write and submit)
- Web 2.0 backlinking - such as Squidoo, Hubpages etc.
- social bookmarking
- link wheels


We expect you to:
- monitor the rankings of the URLs
- once per week submit to our Lead manager a plan of which link building techniques you recommend to use in the coming week
- every day submit a report which links you have built for the 1st 6 months. (We will slow down our submissions after this time-frame if we're accomplishing our goals).
- report on the improvements of the rankings and adapt linking strategy to results. (once per week)
- be able to create your own content for backlinking (such as article submission or Squidoo lenses)
- have good English skills for creating quality content for press releases, articles and forum posts.

Please let me know
- How many backlinks you are able to create per day
- how you would proceed to get a site up in the search engines
- which tools/software you can use
- What your best hourly rate is.

I am looking for a person I can personally work with long term to
1. Train on our techniques,
2. Move into a position of Manager as we grow our organization
3. Train and coach others (as their manager - once we decide to promote you to that position).

Therefore you MUST be a go-getter. Someone who can be self-sufficient (work without being managed on a daily basis), and be good at regular reporting of your progress.

You will need to WRITE A DAILY REPORT with the links you have created in a list.

IMPORTANT:
For some links you will need to create some type of content, such as for submitting articles, press releases and for participating in forums...
I am not looking for a content writer, but the content that you will use for building some of the links needs to be unique, high quality and use correct English: For example when participating in forums you should only leave high-quality, meaningful comments. I or our SEO lead manager will be available to assist you with this process early on if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE:
You are NOT allowed to use automated link building software such as XRumer or ScrapBox or any other software that automatically creates links, because these are problematic for Google. We only want manual high quality link building.
