Experienced Video Editor For Youtuber, Entrepreneur, And Property Education Influencer

Looking for an experienced Video Editor with a passion for great ---------- particular you would need to have an eye for design and precision in your editing. We need a self starter that can give us direction of shooting as for a lot of the time Brett will be shooting alone (hopefully not for too much longer).

Brett Alegre-Wood (Brettspropertyrants) owns a variety of property based entrepreneurial businesses. Well established and with a good following he needs someone who can take over the video & audio editing so he can focus on more and better content. You will also work with the team to publish the content as well.

We are a medium-sized property consultancy with a property lettings and management arm of over 1000 properties in the UK. Our owner is based in Singapore. Our General Manager in Singapore is Filipino and Owner is Aussie. You will be working alongside our philippino team as well as interacting with our UK teams.

We are not your usual estate agency in that the majority of our business is selling new build and off plan developments as well as then managing them. We also do various developments and refurbishments around London and commuter.

Our Singapore office heads up the Property Education platform. A good working knowledge of best practice in editing, creating B-Roll, correcting audio and light. Working with 4k cameras you role will be to edit engaging and interesting videos on a regular basis. You will be provided the base footage and then work your masterskill.

We use Vimeo, have various B-Roll site memberships. You must have a good knowledge of Adobe Suite including Adobe Premiere Pro.

We publish to Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and our own websites.

Working hours are flexible 40 hours per week between Singapore 11am and 1am usually. You can also work some of your hours on weekends.

Salary would be full time monthly with 13th month paid on the anniversary of your year or Christmas (pro-rata).
