Technical Customer Support VA

We have an opportunity for a Technical Customer Support VA for an email marketing software product - Gain250. Gain250 is an advanced email marketing solution used by a handful of large clients that require daily support/managed service with the software. All of your work will be done through a web browser, FTP client and Skype. Communication is exclusively done on Skype. Knowing a bit of Linux is a bonus. Our headquarters are located in San Diego, CA while tea ---------- mbers are located globally. The ideal candidate in this position will be responsible to ensure that core competencies and tasks are accurately accomplished in accordance with established company procedures. Must be available between the hours of 5am - 1pm Pacific Standard Time; Monday through Friday.
