Web Developer Needed

I am looking for a web developer for full-time work of 35 hours/week. Increase in pay guaranteed after 3 to 6 months.

I need someone who learns quickly with minimal direction. Someone who can work independently and continually work to improve themselves.

Most of what you’ll be doing is fixing issues and customizing PHP based existing website scripts. You may also be working on sites built on Nuxtjs.org and Reactjs.org framework.

Requirements:
Must be a developer who’s comfortable with major coding languages, and who works with both BackEnd applications and FrontEnd.
Must be able to understand English in audio and written form and have good written English.
Must have stable internet and good PC or Laptop to handle multitasking

Preference:
Someone with real world experience is preferred but not required. In your application, please tell me if you’re using an Android or iOS smartphone.
You must be patient, flexible, self-starter, able to learn quickly and solve problems on your own.
