Environment Manager

1. Responsible for addressing the environment concerns of the company through adequate sustainable and ensure that the company is compliant to environment regulatory requirement set by the government.
2. Responsible for implementing the mitigating measures and monitoring program indicated in the approved EPEP/AEPEP/EWP
3. In-charge for all activities related to environmental protection and enhancement as mitigating measures on the identified possible environmental impact on land, water, air and noise cause by quarrying/mining/mineral processing
4. Lead environmental impact assessment, environmental baseline study and produce technical/environmental reports.
5. Ensure timely submission of all environment related regulatory and statutory requirements/reports for the mineral permits/claims of the company and its components.
6. Responsible for the preparation and processing of requirements of all the ECC applications of the company.
7. In charge of the Company's environment management system implementation and accreditation.
8. He/She will be primarily responsible for the long term target setting and budget preparation of the department
9. Monitor and ensure that the environment program target and environmental permitting target are met
10. Ensures that the company's occupational safety and health and environment policy is effectively implemented in all areas of work under his control reducing unfavorable trends and ensure that corrective actions are promptly implemented.
