Technical Writer

Konsyg is seeking a seasoned technical writer who would be responsible for managing all the sales content writing across the company. You will be responsible for producing high-quality sales documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality sales documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement of the playbook, product guides
Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
Create and maintain sales playbooks and update the same from time to time
Create email marketing and Linkedin marketing content and call guides for B2B outbound sales


Skills

Proven working experience in technical writing and sales documentation
Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
Excellent written skills in English
Strong working knowledge of G- Suite applications






Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business is preferred but not required.
