JOB OVERVIEW

-Provide technical assistance through chat/email and phone call
-Notify the validations team of updates or follow-ups for orders on pending validation status.
-Post issues on Slack Channel that are trending. (Notify Installation Support Manager and other concerned staff) It could be issues with the system or installation.
-Create deals for Sales Department to follow up
-Create tickets for Billing Concerns or Technical Issues that need follow up
